Notice of City of Hull District Scouts Annual General Meeting 2023 
 

We hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of the District will be held at 
4.30pm at the Church of Ascension 110 Calvert Rd, Hull HU5 5DH on the 1st of October 2023.  
The formal business will be followed by a free BBQ and an opportunity to catch up with 
fellow scouters from across the district. 

Please ensure that this notice reaches all those entitled to attend including: all adult 
members registered in the district; Explorer Scouts and their parents.   

As food will be provided, could all of those people invited please notify me by email on 
ian.stocks@talk21.com  confirming your intention to attend.  The closing date (for food 
purposes only) is the 20th of September.  Please also advise if you have any special dietary 
requirements. 

We also have vacancies to fill on the board so please find attached a nomination form for 
completion if you would like to nominate either yourself of someone else in scouting.  

The closing date for nomination forms being received by me will be the 18th of September.
