St Georges day celebration.

Get ready, because the highly-anticipated St. George's Day celebration at Hull Minister is just around the corner! We're thrilled to announce that we've entered the final stages of preparation, and we need your help to make this event a smashing success. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we kindly request that you provide us with some crucial information.

We want to make sure that we're fully prepared for your group's attendance at the St. George's Day celebration, so we kindly request that you provide us with some vital information. Specifically, we need to know how many members from your group will be joining us, including Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network and Adult volunteers. By gathering this information, we can guarantee that we have ample resources and seating for everyone in your group.

Even if your group isn't planning to attend the St. George's Day celebration, we still welcome individual sections to join us for the festivities! If your section is interested in coming along, we kindly ask that you let us know the number of members who will be attending. So what's the plan?

As a District, we'll be gathering at Trinity Square outside Hull Minister at 2pm on April 23rd, ready to kick off the festivities. We'll parade our way into the Minister for a campfire-style celebration, complete with awards presentations and more. The celebration itself is anticipated to last anywhere from 45-60 minutes, and we can't wait to share this special occasion with all of you.

We're leaving the method of transportation of how you get to Trinity Square up to you and your fellow group/section/members to organize for the St. George's Day celebration. However, we kindly request that when gathering at Trinity Square, you avoid parking on the roads around the Minster, as these may not be suitable for the amount of traffic we anticipate. Of course, if you require accessible parking, please make arrangements as necessary. We appreciate your cooperation in making sure that the celebration runs smoothly for everyone involved.

In order to make the parade run as smoothly as possible given its short length, we've made some changes to the parade order for the St. George's Day celebration. We'll be starting with the Squirrels section, followed by Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network, in that order. This will help us enter and exit the Minister with ease, and ensure that the parade runs efficiently.

So please let us know your numbers no later than Thursday the 20th otherwise you maybe standing during the celebration
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these changes, and we can't wait to see you all there! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these changes, and we can't wait to see you all there!
