Recruitment Campaign!

Starting today and running up until New Years Eve we are running a recruitment campaign.
Twice a week on our social media channels there will be some posts inviting people to join  Scouting in City of Hull.
To Help make this campaign as effective as we can please can I cask all of our members who who use social media to share, like and comment on the posts this will help the reach of our message. The bigger the reach the more chance we have of engaging with potential volunteers.
When sharing the message try to use phrases like 

• Volunteer instead of leader
• Fun, Excitement, Fantastic 
• Try to get our Scouting messages over
  • Skills For Life
  • Good For You
  • Friendship
  • Helping Others

Please share the below social media pages with your parents and young people, this will help them find out what is going on, it will also make sure they see our advertising for Volunteers.

We know that people don't use social media. How to we engage with these potential volunteers?
Start with signing up to the brand centre https://scoutsbrand.org.uk/ on here there are loads of printable recruitment recourses. You can download them and print them yourselves or pay to have them printed. The best part is you can edit the material to suit your groups details.
Together we can reach more potential volunteers so please try your best to share and spread the word!
