We are holding this year’s AGM on the 2nd October at The Church of The Ascension Church Hall on Calvert Road, HU5 5DH at 4.00 pm.
With the support of the team at Ascension, the District are providing barbecued food and soft drinks which will follow the AGM and give an opportunity for adults in scouting to meet up and renew old acquaintances. If you wish to drink something a little stronger, please feel free to bring your own.
As food is being provided, please email or text Ian Stocks on: ian.stocks@talk21.com or 07481 763851 confirming both your attendance and any dietary requirements. This must be done by the 24th September.
