The event is open to all Leaders, Helpers and their families and is intended to be an easy, enjoyable afternoon with plenty of time to socialise, and enjoy the BBQ!
COST
This is £4 per person to cover food and soft drinks.
WHAT TO BRING / WEAR
Please bring your own alcoholic drinks
WHEN TO BOOK
Please let Alison Nandi know if you're attending so enough food can be bought and everyone can be catered for. Please advise Alison of any dietary requirements.
