Cooking Competition

Are your Cub Scouts chefs in the making? Test their skills at the District Cooking Competition!

Teams of four Cub Scouts will be judged on teamwork, presentation, flavour and table decoration.

Where and when

Monday 4th November, 19:00 – 21:00 at Wellington St Matthews Church Hall, Boulevard, Hull, HU3 2TA

Cost

£1 per Cub Scout

What to bring/wear

Each team will be provided with minced beef, onions and OXO cubes. Teams will need to provide up to three additional ingredients to prepare a main meal; with one plate to be judged.

Each team will also require:

• Cooking stove
• gas
• pans
• utensils
• plates and cutelry
• any required table decorations.

When to book

Please let Ann Cooper know if you’re attending by 1st November, including any adaptations needed for young people with additional needs.

An Activity Notification Form must be submitted on or before 28th October. This can be done online at hullscouts.org.uk/activity-form
