Basic Information
The camp is intended to be accessible to as many people as possible. Activities will be based on site and consist of a wide range of fun and challenging opportunities. There will be team activities, individual challenges and some that are just for fun. Whatever the activity, young people taking part and enjoying themselves is exactly what the camp will be about.
Camping Permits
No permit? Don't worry - And more importantly, don't let that stop you coming to the camp - Alan Hayward,(Camp Leader) has agreed that any groups that do not have a valid permit can camp under his permit (although he has said that he won't be cooking for them as well!)
Activities
All groups attending will be required to provide one activity that can be run on the Saturday (all day) and again on Sunday morning. The rest of the activities and the programme for the weekend will be facilitated by the Camp Leadership Team.
Can you come up with something different, something that hasn't been done before'? There will be a prize for the most original activity put on.
Do you have a special talent - Come and show it off at our 'Humberside's Got Talent' show, where our own Simon 'Hayward' Cowell will be leading the judging panel to determine who really has got the H Factor!
Costs
In order to make the camp attractive to as many people as possible, the cost has been kept low, however this will not mean that there will be nothing to do - Quite the opposite - All of the fees paid towards the camp will be spent on providing a great weekend for everyone. So, at only £18 per Scout (Leaders and Young Leaders go free), grab a bargain and book now!
Groups will be responsible for their own cooking and transport arrangements.
More information
The details will be updated as the team meet and more information becomes available. If you have any burning questions in the meantime, please contact our Camp Leader - Alan Hayward
