Information for groups and participants will be shared through the website and social media as well as being e-mailed to the group contacts provided.

We are looking forward to an exciting and fun filled adventure to Kandersteg.

Group Declaration Reminder

By submitting this form and booking onto the event, you are agreeing that:

1. All of the information provided on this form is accurate. Any costs incurred due to errors will be charged to your group.

2. Your group has agreed to support the City of Hull District trip to Kandersteg in 2018 and will help your members with support such as fund-raising.

3. It is the responsibility of the group to ensure funds are raised, collected and paid to the District on the required installment dates. No advance payments are to be submitted.

4. All participants must be members of The Scout Association.

5. Leader places may only be booked at a ratio of one adult for every five young people booked - Additional bookings will be rejected.

6. All payments are non-refundable.

7. Names of individuals are not transferable.
